Decision of probable cause of discrimination by DataLounge and ordering a public hearing - email if you want a copy

These things move very slowly, but:

NYS Human Rights granted a "Public hearing" on DataLounge's Theatre Gossip section's right to remove access to the site on discriminatory grounds, in a 4-page decision dated on 12/23/13.

If anyone who reads here wants to be informed of when the public hearing is and might want to come, I think it will have interesting insight on a New York-centered company's right to
